Hello, I am looking for a very experienced marketer who if able to prove results, will be kept long-term and provided an actual salary. (Please note that this is still a single item-based project as you will read described near the end, however if done well, I will definitely want you for the long-term occupation I am discussing.) Through ScriptLance I have all ready tested, qualified, and hired a long-term web designer and from another freelance website, a customer support agent. All I am looking for is a marketer, not a designer or a programmer, just a marketer who is completely capable of my needs. - I will need you to be able to market my website itself and the products on it (PHP scripts, services, etc.). - I am not looking for a bunch of useless traffic, I am looking for a sales turnaround. - You will need to understand my products and services in able to market it (obviously) and a basic understanding of how PHP and HTML work (although you won't have to do any). - You are forbidden from using SPAM or any other unwanted communication as an advertising means. Here are some things I want you to note: - I will NOT be paying you as an affiliate, but as an employee, so whether you send a lot of sales or just a few each month, I'll always give you a fair wage. But, I will NOT tolerate minimal or NO sales turnaround. - I understand things take a while to get off the ground when marketing, but I also know better than to pay upfront for this sort of thing. Therefore your pay will be consistent with when the sales start to kick up, and I will award a bonus for your initial effort. - You will be a part of the website, and once the sales are solid, a part of the company and therefore I will pay you for every hour worked, and not just every sale that comes through, that's why you are not an affiliate, but an actual marketer. I also would like you to know, I will judge your performance based on sales, not traffic, as anyone can submit a site to search engines, lists, and free hit services. With all that said, I want you to prove your experience by PMB right after you place a bid. Any bids without a PM will be ignored. Now, for the project at hand... You will be marketing a single, basic PHP product, retailing for a mere $10. I will not give you a full description of it, but I will say that it is very useful and has to do with the security of a forum, and will work with vBulletin, phpBB, and IPB. Included with the product purchase is a free installation. That should be enough information for you to accurately quote a marketing scenario of that product. Ok, so your bid will be for ONE MONTH of marketing that product (February 1-28), keeping in mind that I will not pay you if you don't bring in any sales by the end of the month, or if you bring in next to none. If you bring in a lot of business, I will definitely give you more than your bid plus the offer of working for me long-term marketing my website, all of my products and services, etc. So that is what you are bidding on, and keep in mind what I said about the PM I require with your bid. PLEASE NOTE: You MUST speak fluent English (I will be able to tell by your bid and PM). I do not care about your nationality or where you live, just that you speak perfect English so that I don't have to continuously repeat and rephrase what I tell you. However, ADDITIONAL languages are an ADDED bonus, be sure to mention them in your bid if you speak additional languages which may come in handy whilst marketing!
