Web Designer for Business Website Redesign on Wix

We are currently looking for a web designer who is proficient in Wix and can redesign our website [login to view URL] in line with our corporate identity. We are a group of three people from Finance, Coaching and Consulting joining forces to bring CFOs (Chief Finance Officers) together in networking events.
Based on the feedback we have received, the following aspects of the website need a new design:
Overall design: One-pager in a more professional/modern/clearer design, less colourful/playful/feminine while maintaining a light feel, forward-thinking/business-like, higher contrast between website colour and font for better readability
Target audience: Chief Finance Officers (top level finance executives)
Graphical elements: The bulb in the top will need to be exchanged for a new or improved design which is also part of the job. Our requirements for this element are: Representation of the CFO CIRCLE, either on top or around the other elements to represent the CFOs position in the hierarchy and the fact that our group is encompassing the events.
The elements Courage (Coaching), Finance and Organisation should also be reflected in the design. The honeycomb pattern reminds of a chemical structure, which needs changing. Please remove leaves and graphical elements unrelated to the topic of the website.
Responsive design: Please also optimise the mobile version of the desktop webpage.
Logo/header: Should be kept for now, the lettering of the header (turquoise, orange, petrol green) are the colours of the three CEOs leading the circle
Other: Privacy policy and contact accessible with two clicks. The final English translation of the website will be available by the end of 18/09/2019.
Deadline: Friday, 25/09/2019
Briefing: Before starting the job, we will brief the web designer and answer any remaining questions. By accepting the job, you will have to agree to our terms of confidentiality before receiving the login information for Wix.
