I used for years the pacs package built on synology. Now they upgraded it and the package is on docker but it's not working. I would like to have a PACS server dropped on my nas ( no mind if dcm4che, othanc or other). I would connect via VPN with it and send and retrive images using Horos and Osirix. I can setup a clear system and setup a OpenVPN and a SSH tunnel. the programmer can do it remotely on my [login to view URL] infos to whom it would accept.
