I need a full stack developer with React and C# experience.

Here is my project requirement.

1. Download "social news" program from code project and convert that to .NET Core.

2. We need to modify the code to be able to register new users.

3. After users login into the web application they should see a new .NET single page which display users using React .

4. UI Design will be provided after we choose the freelancer.
