Add Map to PerfexCRM that uses CodeIgniter

1. I require some small changes to PerfexCRM which involves adding a map to the leads page that shows all leads on a single map. As a starting point, some of the code can be derived from the google map tab (provided by PerfexCRM) which show's a single clients location.
2. Changes:
- I have added Latitude and Longitude to Custom Fields
- Those fields need to be mapped along with their other attributes to map so that when a person hovers over pin it displays those attributes
- When table is filtered the map will also filter
- Changes have to take in to consideration future updates so that when PerfexCRM is updated it won't break the app. Therefore, please read documentation.
3. Once complete a document has to be provided which outlines what chanages were made to the files along with the code lines in case of future development.
4. Type "PERFEXCRM" in the head of your proposal. If you do not do this I will not take your proposal into consideration.
