Payment/Shipping Module for Os Commerce

This is a fairly easy project that I need someone to handle for me.
I have a creloaded OS Commerce site that is already up and running...I am in need of someone to install a shipping module into the admin end of the website. So that when a customer is directed to the paypal site after a purchase, the shipping cost will already be included in the checkout portion...Shipping modules are already on the admin end. The admin is already set up to accept paypal payments, it just does not have the shipping modules intact. Which may consist of installing other modules or custom codes.
You would be responsible for setting up proper shipping prices domestically and internationally....
