Simple 2 Level Menu i.e. accordion, dropdown with jQuery, also imaginable only with CSS. Important is a small size of js, css.
Description:
on mouse click on the 1st level menu item displays 2nd level menu items.

Implementing with or without jQuery (it might be solved by css code)
Set links according links from form image map
Add new 20 links for approx. two 1st level items
