MTLS integration with JAVA

Hi, i need your immediate help to integration with MTLS and JAVA application. I did import all the certificates into my JAVA key store but i could not be able to build the connection between my application and third party application.

When i try to hit the URL i am getting the following error "[login to view URL]: [login to view URL]: PKIX path building failed: [login to view URL]: unable to find valid certification path to requested target". Could you please help me on this. This is very urgent and it is getting effected my job. Please help me i am ready to pay some amount for this.
