Correct simple java program to create combined file -- 2

The data files are on two lines the first is the variables names and the second are the variable names. (about 40 variables) There are also a few other minor changes:
1. Combine all files into one CSV file that can be read into SPSS (or EXCEL)
2. Sometimes (rarely) the subject number does not correspond or is missing from the file. It should be added / change based on the file name.
3. Sometimes the sex Male/Female is missing. In this case M or F is added to the file name and Male or Female inserted in the file.
4. The last value "L4000" and value "null" should be removed
A program has already been written to do this by another freelancer (who is no longer available) and will be provided , but it does not line up the data correctly. This needs to be corrected.
I would appreciate a rapid solution (before the 14th March) as I am leaving for a business trip on the 15th and contact would be more difficult.
