I need a new "skin" for a control panel. I have the html and it has a lot of java code in it and I need to maintain ALL functionality of the javascript in the page. I need a new "skin" with new graphics. Part of the design will include page layout, icons and graphics for the page. The designer needs to have a good understanding of the javascript as well so they can maintain all code functionality within the page.

The design needs to be easily updatable and expandable.

My idea for a skin is to have something that resembles Windows XP.

All graphics need to be in a directory titled /pics/
