Build a copy of the iOS app store cards

I would like to hire a freelancer to implement cards similar to those in the iOS App Store "Today" tab. Clicking on the card expands the card, and shows scrollable text at the bottom.
I would like a copy of this (see attached images). Including:
- exact same font
- same shadow
- same background gradient on page that shows cards
- smooth, animated transition
- scrollable when expanded
- close button that can close card when expanded
You must deliver test app that:
- contains one card with text and image
- clicking on the card expands the card to full screen
- I can scroll the card to read the text
- clicking the close button close button closes the card
- swiping up on the card while at the top of the card closes the card
Other requirements:
- I would like this implemented in swift.
- You may want to take a look at the Hero library for this ([login to view URL])
