Get me 10,000 user signups to my website

I am looking for someone who has experience in getting users. I have a online platform that focuses on incentive based verification for consumers.

I need 10,000 user signups (double opt-in) and they are required to answer a security question which is simply just an opinion question that must be a few sentences at the minimum.

Security Question Example:

"What is your favorite website on the internet and why?"

This will validate that they are real users. The site is not launched however they are signing up for the newsletter which will focus on keeping them updated and active until launch, as there will be weekly prizes issued. And losers will still gain points for participating in the weekly offers, and the more points they get the more their odds will increase until they win a prize then their points re-set to zero.
