Payment will be provided as follows:
25% in milestone for whole project bid NO MORE after that I will pay as follows:

Next 25% in top 20
Next 25% in top 10
Payment will be withheld if it is found that any unethical techniques have been used or many links have been removed before 45 days
Web site to optimize for SEO referencing is about one page [login to view URL]
Referencing must be done in English version of the Web site in this first project.
THE GOAL:
We are looking for a MINOR On-Page AND SERP analysis of our website (as its optimized almost fully).
During the project we are waiting for delectation progress updates on weekly basis and all the stuff that has been done in a spreadsheet.
TIMESCALE, REPORTS AND WARANTY:
I need my first keyword to be top 10 of [login to view URL] within 6 months maximum.
We are waiting for weekly report of the web traffic and referenced keywords in [login to view URL]
Weekly reports must be submitted with all created links listed attached as an Excel spreadsheet including URLs of home pages and posted dates links.
Please understand that we have extensive experience in SEO, and we will check the links before approving the payment.
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE:
Please indicate a monthly price after the 45 days warranty of the initial project, to maintain these keyword in top 10. SO monthly payment acceptance only after it is in top 10!!!! NOT BEFORE! Do not bid if you can't do it.
TECHNIQUES:
Indexing our web pages should be PENGUIN guaranteed.
--> ABSOLUTELY - No black hat, gray hat or unethical SEO methods are to be used
--> Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised
--> Only white hat - ONLY SEO experts should bid!
--> Quality 1 way back links must relate to site topic on high quality PR ranked relevant sites
--> No spam method(s) can be used, no links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites.
--> No use of automated software or bots
--> No link farms, link exchange programs and web rings.
--> No links from under construction pages
--> No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
--> No banned sites, porn, violent, illegal sites, etc.
--> No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandboxed by Google
--> Link pages must be permanent, visible, readable, indexable & 'do follow'
--> Back link pages must be somewhat related to our site topic
--> Link pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 60 days.
--> Max 30 links per day. Please no more than 30 per day.
