Page 2 shows the same block of text twice, please change this so it's not duplicated, but so the page doesn't look bare
Page 1 has strange symbols appearing "��" before the word Enjoy. Please fix this.
Please move the photo on page 2 further to the left and down a little.
It'd be better to show the 4th menu board, and to hide the hand towel dispenser.

Pg. 3 - make ‘By choosing Corfee you will be removing current fixed expenses from idle units’ a separate point (as it was in our powerpoint)
Pg. 4 - Add full stops to the end of each point.
change ‘Corfee is ready to grow quickly’ to ‘Corfee is primed and ready for rapid growth’.
Pg. 5 - Change ‘A vigorous investigation to the property area’ to ‘ A vigorous investigation of the property area’.
