Children Book Cover Illustration - repost

I am applying for my Master thesis, and part of the project I am also trying to create a series of Children's book.
For the moment, I am looking for one cover illustration first (story still being develop), as a style for the rest of the book.
The first book's title will be called THE CASTLE IN THE CLOUDS.
Attached are the logo i plan to use (working progress as well) for the whole project, along with a style of illustration that i have in in mind for the book (watercolor). I know that digital is the way to go these days. But i still prefer the freehand style with watercolor originality for the illustration. Which later on of course enhanced more digitally.
I can only pay a small amount of money because this is also a project to get to my master's program to begin with. And, yes, please also put in your name as part of the design, but leave a space where you can place later for the author's name.
If the style of the illustration works, then there will always an opportunity ahead to create the whole book (12 pages maximum).
But so far, i can only afford to pay USD80 the most for the cover illustration. Thank you very much.
