Pixel art for 2D adult-themed platformer

Hello!
I'm looking to hire a pixel artist to create frames for the main character in my 2D game.
I am looking for the following animations:
- Idle
- Running
- Attacking
- Crouched
- Adult themed.
I have references for all these animations, although I will only provide the reference to an Idle frame on this posting so you have an idea as to what I am expecting.
Requirements:
- All frames must be of size 48x64 maximum, although the character can be as small as 25x55, depending on your style. (Reference is exactly 25x55)
- Must use the reference provided, doesn't have to look exactly like the reference, but should be somewhat like it.
I am only asking for the previously mentioned animations for this job, however, I will need over 300 frames in total as I keep developing the game, so if you would like to work on a project for a long time, this is the one!
