Video production of software product demo

Need to create a product demo for an executive refreshments program which is running on a web server but also uses iPad. This program has three parts - business website, web based control panel, and iPad. The program manages clients, warehouse inventory, customer orders, order delivery process, and invoices. The demo must have appealing message to explain the business effectively to expand the business to new customers. The message should be simple and easy to understand but high quality and quickly capture the attention of the viewer. This demo will be a way to promote the business for my website, service, and brand. This video should have the maximum impact in promoting this product. I will pay a fixed price for the project and there should not be any hidden cost.
