iOS developer with proven track record required for collaboration

I need an iOS developer to help me with an iOS app written in Swift for iPhone. I'm a developer myself but am short on time as I'm currently working on a number of other projects. There is potential for a long-term working relationship based on the successful completion of the project in a timely and professional manner.
As a developer, I set very high standards for myself and would expect the same from anyone I choose to work with so please bear that in mind when making an application.
When making your bid I would expect you to provide examples of your previous work (code samples included) along with information on why you feel you would be a good candidate for the job.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills at a minimum:
- Excellent communication in English
- High availablity for Slack conversations / Skype calls etc.
- Proven track record in iOS development (Swift)
- Git, Unit / UI Testing experience
- Write clean, concise and descriptive code with comments where appropriate
- Works well in a team
- Firebase experience is a bonus
In order to filter spam bids and to prove that the project description was actually read, I would request that applicant prepend their bid with "I feel I'm a good candidate for the job because..."
As mentioned previously, I'm looking to develop a long-term relationship so there if things work out well this time around, there will be plenty more work to follow.
