Seeking a CSS layout, media query, and Bootstrap expert to create a responsive layout and stylesheet from the attach image.
The markup and CSS stylesheet must be drop-in compatible with the grid on an AuctionWorx web site as shown here:

The responsive layout you create will default to four items per but and flow to two items per row when resized down to xs.
Particular attention is required to the individual listing items. This includes:
- The responsive grid container for the rows and columns
- An overlay text (badge) (e.g., "4 bids") covering the upper left corner
- An overlay text (badge) (glyphicon clock + "Days" + "Hours") covering the lower right corner.

Note: I will be replacing all text portions with database driven text content.

The deliverables are an HTML page with the markup, a CSS stylesheet, and a sample image.
