Web Application: Concept Redesign with modern style

This job requires the design of a dynamic mock-up for a web-application considering the actual structure of contents and navigation flow.
In order to give some some initial details: the web-application is built on top of less then 10 different web components:
1) A colored button
- it MUST contain a title
- it MAY contain one or more additional label
- it MAY contain a table
2) A label (containing key-vaue pair)
- it MUST contain key & value
- it MAY contain a comment
3) A collapsible label (containing key value pair)
- it MUST contain key & value
- it MAY contain a comment
- it MUST contain another key-value pair for the collapsbile content.
4) A scoreboard component
- It MUST represent scores (from 0 to 10) using a graphical representation (e.g. a colored progress bar)
5) A table field
- It MUST be customizable in terms of columns (some columns can be hidden), and rows (different styles for title, subtitle and content)
6-10) Some other elements with a lower level of complexity and flexibility.
The expected dynamic mockup will represent 8 pages and will be based on the aforementioned components.
A complete guide, containing all the required pages and components (showing the actual web application), will be provided to the selected freelance.
Technically, the expected result is the re-design of the user interface with a modern look and feel, adopting Material design and using as much as possible components present in the MaterialUI library.
In order to consider the job completed, it is mandatory the final assessment of the mock-up in order to evaluate if it is compliant with the requirements.
A step by step approach will be required in order to reach the target after different interactions avoiding the usage of unexpected graphical elements.
