Want to Build a Collaborative Writing Social Networking Site, Need Help

I'm just a regular individual, not a company or anything, but I'd be willing to invest if I could develop a structure and plan with a consulting programmer.

I want to build a social networking website for role playing. Specifically, for plot-based collaborative writing. I have been doing it for a very long time (15+ years), but have never found an online platform that is *perfect* for it, and I'm tired of looking for one or trying to adapt my creativity to an incompatible platform.

I want to build something that's kind of a combination of Tumblr, MySpace, and ArchiveOfOurOwn. The key features I want to focus on are:

-Customizable user profiles, with some pages that are built-in templates. I want everyone to have a profile for themselves that lists their basic information and their most recent posts. I want there to be a filter on their profile for those posts. On every profile, it should be easy to find and customize one's "characters" section, and to find each individual characters "about" section. Those sections should be responsive to whatever length someone wants to make them, whether they have one character with a novel-sized biography, or 30 characters with a paragraph-long history.

-There should be a kind of "plot request board" with advanced search settings. Setting up a topic will require you to input a genre, the characters you write, and the characters you're looking to interact with, and people will be able to search for posts with certain criteria in those categories.

-It should be easy to edit the audience of your posts. Some plots are ones you'll want to keep private between you and one other person, others you may not mind the whole world seeing. On 90% of role-playing platforms, this is a feature you can't control, and it shouldn't be.

-Posts should be shareable on the platform, able to be reblogged so that each response is visible in each post. You shouldn't be able to edit someone else's post, EXCEPT to take out other posts that they have reblogged within that post (so you don't have a thread that's 80 posts long if you don't want to).

-Ability to post multiple types of media, like pictures, songs, etc. Possibly a dashboard.
