I'm looking for a graphic design person who will create T-Shirt Designs in Photoshop. I am only interested in someone who is willing to work on a per-design basis - I will not pay hourly. the designs you submit must be in PSD format and they must be fully editable. Additionally, the designs will be mine to do with as I please - no royalties or Copywrite, etc. will be given. This is a one time fee for one design situation.
If I like your designs, and your price is right, this could result in fairly regular work. I am operating a budget so how often I will want designs is totally dependent on the cost and the quality of the design.
Guidelines:
1. PSD format.
2. I will provide a template for you but in general the file should be 12" wide X 16" tall and a minimum of 150 Pixels per Inch.
3. The designs do not need to be complicated. In fact, less is more if the "design" is tatseful and unique.
4. The T-Shirts should be FUNNY, Sarcastic, Whitty, Memorable, etc.
5. Profanity is fine if it serves the message of your design.

Again, this could result in repeated work for you so price this right.
