News article from existing database and from other resources

I need three things in my website. And It should be in Arabic
1 - Logo
2 - Wordpress template
3 - Data (using the resources I provide and using other resources )
4 - SEO
5 - Secure wordpress
1 - For the logo I would prefer to have soorianews in a customized font , or special S and N letters to represent sooria and news ....etc
2- For the wordpress template it should be attractive and mobile friendly as well matching the logo color. the wordpress should have like primary links (yyyy/mm/arabic-title) its already exist in Wordpress.
3 - I have around 1 GB of ready SQL data (title , article) , you can put in wordpress post and make it automatic. We will also use PHP data scrapping to get news and images from other resources and put them in database.
4- I would like to get more traffic based on the fresh content that will be added, on all search engines.
5 - Secure wordpress from injection and protect the login area.
This job can be done by a group of people or at least 2 developers.
Maximum budget is : 500 USD as its not that complicated job. I just do not have time for it. I will provide more more jobs in the future.
