I am looking for a website to do the following:
Users create accounts. 2 types of users - admin and actor. Users must have an account to log in. Admin approval required or admin setup required.
Admin will upload files to the website for actors to access. There will be 2 types of files: 1. Unlimited Download files and 2. Limited download files. The limited download files correspond to each unlimited download file. For example, One file is a PDF that contains a story for unlimited download. That story/file will have associated files that are limited to a single download.
Once limited files have been downloaded, the Actor will receive an email confirmation. In that email, the actor will be told that they need to record the date that they respond to the downloaded file. This must be done through their user account (or email response that is automatically recorded on the site).
In addition, this website will need to create a database that shows which limited downloads have been downloaded and by which user. It will also need to show which limited downloads have not yet been downloaded. It will also need to show the date in which the user has recorded as their ‘response’ date. This information must also feed into a Google Sheet automatically.
