Need help with some content on website , from branding and marketing perspective.

A few comments:
At fixed header you see filled icons for wishlist and cart, it shows that items added to wishlist and to cart
At top sellers section you see scrollable bar
[login to view URL], it allows to scroll items horizontally. This layout has several benefits for main page: shorter to scroll, make contrast, can be renamed to "Now watching" to gain conversions, allows to view rapidly what is in the catalog
