e-mail signature

Hi, we need a html signature that is well created and will show OK (have image placeholders) even if it dont download images from our website.
You must design/ or provide all icons and elements of the signature
You must design it in a way so its not to messy for receivers that receive as plain text
It will be used on mac´s but must look good on all majore e-mail readers.
We need 3 versions
all 3 is basicly identical, but 2 must have different text in the image on the right. and the 3rd will not have this image at all.
I like the design on added signature but we dont have the skills to create proper html for signature.
All images must be located on our server (We can upload for you)
Look at the attached files. - They are english for you to understand, but we need to translate the information to Norwegian before you provide us the files.
