Hand Drawn Logo - Modification of Current Logo

So the attached logo is mostly taken from a logo I found on Google. I added the three climbers on the top left and the words "Gnarly Adventures" as well as the two ice axes to the left and right of adventure.
So basically I would like this logo to be hand drawn with a better text option due to the text not being balanced and not very appealing in general. Also, I would like the person on the bottom to be an Ice Climber with two Ice axes in their hand and crampons on their feet as compared to climbing rock.
The overhang that the rock climber is on is way too aggressive to climb on ice, so a little less overhung. I would like to see what the bottom section would look like as a frozen waterfall (which I often climb in the winter).
Lastly, I would like the three people on the top left to be hand drawn being that they look very poor to the copy paste I did.
I would also like to have this file as a both a psd and vector so I can both edit it later and make a shirt out of it when the time comes.
Attached is the logo and also some ice climbers so you can see what ice axes and crampons (spikes for feet) look like.
