Google Maps capture and image stitching

Hello.
We require a graphics artist to either export or screen capture an area on Google Maps and then stitch those images into one large image.
Attached to the job is the an overview of the target area as well as an example of how high resolution the image needs to be.
This will be used for wide format printing on vinyl and needs to be at least 300 dpi. The file is likely to be 80mb to 120mb.
