Existing WordPress website needing new page template layout using custom fields as per attached pdf

I need a new wordpress template made using advanced custom fields. I have an existing WordPress site and I would like a particular pages unique page template changed to be like the pdf attached with custom fields so I can add content and photos in the boxes. I want this to be not live and instead I want to be able to work on it before it goes live to replace the existing page template. PM me if you’d like the url to the page needing to be changed I don’t want to delete the existing template just have a new one made with custom fields so editing is easy. I also need instruction on how you did it so I can inform client.
