Design a Logo for RC Blog

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Graphic Design and Logo Design. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $30 - $75 USD.
My project is about a Blog specialize in culinary articles, reviews of best places to have lunch, dinner or just take some tapas and drinks, chef's interviews, etc. All is related to the gastronmy culture.
I expect a logo (or two versions) that fits well in 1) head line of the web page, 2) Instagram's user image. The colors combinations could be between black, white, yellow and orange. The tipography better thin, compressed. A minimalist design, using some lines as much.

Initials words: RC
* I would like to obtain one version with slogan and another one without it (both must be fit in digital platforms mentioned above -RRSS-).
