I need someone that can research the web for webmaster/css/html/design forums that offer advertising for up to 5-7$ per month (via paypal). The advert link(text link or small banner - doesn't matters) should be placed on the EVERY POST PAGE (no matter top/bottom/sidewide) and should be crawlable by google(i.e. no javascipt redirects or nofollow tags)

The forums should have at least 5000 posts made and not be banned from the google index.

Please, state how much such forums you can research for me in the stated budget ( 30 - 100$ )

Relevant portfolio or the ability to show me 1 such forum in your bid will be a big advantage..
