I wan\\\'t to build national portal for category wise accepting problems/ideas and providing resolution with voting mechanism\r\n\r\nTheme has to be Indian nationalism\r\n\r\nInitially, categories would be following, but I want categories can be added, edited or removed. Want small portlets for each categories and once clicked in portlet, it should open list of top 50 ideas as left and top 50 problems at right. A visitor can view ideas and vote positive or negative (Unique user). A visitor can view problems, add his comment/resolution, vote against existing comment/resolution.\r\n1) States/cities/districts\r\n2) Finance\r\n3) Employment\r\n4) Education\r\n5) National security\r\n6) Natural resources\r\n7) Sports\r\n8) Social\r\n9) Politics\r\n10) Innovation\r\n11) Culture\r\n\r\nAdditionally, there should a long portlet on home page on right hand side listing key links to citizen services available linking to government websites.\r\n\r\nOne large banner portlet to show national events\r\n\r\nAdmin module is required to manage all above.\r\n\r\nNeed quote for website design, development and 1 year maintenance with billing breakup.
