Graphic designer and illustrator for kids mobile game

We are looking to hire illustrator, graphic artist for 2D mobile game - casual simple game for kids (baby theme).
We need app icon, GUI, splash screen, 1 main character (one body for 4 boys and 4 girls (color variations); and for all 3 different face expressions (happy, neutral, sad) with blinking eye effect), 3 thematic scene backgrounds and 3 simple scene backgrounds and about 45 objects with variations. Game design should look cute, cartoonish and professional. All graphics should be vectors, drawn in Adobe Illustrator. We also expect to export them in png files.
The game design should take about 3 weeks.
