graphic design work for a catalogue

I have to publish a catalogue with advertisements. Catalogue requires 16 page A3 size(double of A4 size) artworks for printing. each individual page may contain approximate 10 images which is to be cut from photos. we will provide around 160 pictures(total) from our camera, the freelancer need to cut it properly and place those images as per instructions. around 20 texts (like $5, $7 etc.) and three line address also need to be designed in each of the A3 pages. Please provide a rough quotation and time frame for this work.
