We need someone to help us with designing a logo and a banner for our website.

Needs be a very professional logo for the art website and the banner must be very professional looking as well. Must provide references and a portfolio of previous logos and unlimited revisions. Not willing to pay more then $30 for this project. Will provide other websites in the similar industry to look at.
