Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in setting up Google Ads Campaigns
• Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns
• Will work on a commission basis only – Commission structure to be discussed & agreed. Agreed Daily budget will be paid by us
• Responsible for creating, updating, monitoring the ad copies, adjusting the keywords, finding the suitable bids, and other important aspects of an organization's online marketing strategy
• Will be able to easily recognize and endorse projects that can lead to the goals and progress of the company campaigns.

ROLE
• An AdWords Specialist will be responsible for handling PPC, CPC and CPA Marketing campaigns for customers. S/he should be able to easily recognize and endorse projects that can lead to the goals and progress of the company campaigns.
AUTHORITY
• Direct contact with customers
• Taking actions to correct any problems
• Monitoring financial data
• Informing customers and visitors on needed information
• Budget Management
RESPONSIBILITY
• Manage PPC profiles on Google AdWords, and Yahoo, Bing and other search sites if required.
• Assist in the management and tracking of keyword bids, expenditure caps and other primary account metrics.
• Manage and retain keyword list updates.
• Provide ideas for a creative copywriting.
• Provide suggestions and incorporate techniques for keyword resources, marketing structuring, targeting, network display and other aspects of pay per click searching in conjunction with the client 's objectives.
• Support the development of new paid search ads, ad groups and accounts and support the formation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
• Track and compare search results and search success through primary search channels.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years of experience minimum in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
• BS / BA degree is required. Preferably in marketing or business fields.
• Google Ads certification will be required. Evidence of this will be required
• Having worked in a marketing agency is preferred.
• Competent at the MS Office
• Highly skilled with Google Analytics, Bing Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Familiar with Ads 360, previously known as “DoubleClick Search”.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Must work in a very professional manner
• Have good presentation skills
• Meet strict deadlines
• Feedback issues and solutions with a timeframe to complete
• Must have good Business Acumen & Commercial Awareness
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Managing E-Commence Google Ads campaigns
• Must be able to show evidence of existing & current Google Ads work on E-Commence with a minimum of 5 E-Commence web sites
