This project has 4 parts and all are related to helping me finish a Wordpress MU project. We are making a website that needs to process donations through PaySimple (we already have an approved SDK written for this), detect users location (using geo location with an IP address fallback) then forward them to a specific site in our MU install, each install needs to be able to share posts to other sites along with limit tags a user can select based on which site they are making the post from.

We are going to need to meet to discuss these details more after the project is awarded. We have a good budget left for this project and time is of the essence so lets do whatever we need to get it done.
