Add Sound Buttons To Existing Flash Movie

This is an easy job for an experienced flash programmer.
I already have a movie created that captures user input and at the end sends it to me.
It has 11 pages. I need an audio button added to 9 of the pages. (an audio button is already exists on a couple of the screens so I'd like a button like that added to the other screens. It toggles between play and stop audio)
Ideally I want the audio to autoplay mp3 files on the internet but if this is too difficult I can give you the mp3 files.
Let me know which you can do (mp3 file on internet or not).
Also I need the movie to work with IE and firefox. currently there's an html formatting problem so it doesn't look right.
I have the fla file for flash mx 2004 movie. You must be willing to answer questions about your work and it must be well tested before delivery. And get it working on my website.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
