Need to produce a smartphone app (iPhone, iPad, Android OS)
that primarily plays video clips. Nothing fancy just display and play video clips.
* It will have a free version with add placement and a paid version with monthly membership
* Paid version is member access only where you have access to more video clips
* Free version will include free clips to watch maybe 5 or 10 and the listing of other clips that require paid membership.
* It will also include preview of all the clips
* Video Clips are animation done in Flash (.swf) file. You need to convert them to desirable format based on the OS
* Project includes all the elements including icons. The only thing I will provide is the flash files.
* If you are not experienced and savvy in all three environments (iPhone, iPad, Android OS)you could bid just for the one you are good at and I will have another service provider do the remainder.
* The interface, navigation and design must be suitable attractive to 3 to 8 years old kids
* Users or members will not be able to save the video clips. The could only view/play the video clips. It will be streaming video only. Desirable formats MP4 for iOS and (MP4 & .swf) for Android
* Members could create their favorite list and access them easily.
* It will work over WiFi, 3G, and 4G
