I need a flash banner that should be around 300 x 300 pixels in size that does the following. It should have a form field when loaded that prompts the user to enter his birthday and a field that asks for his email that I will send to a PHP script that already handles everything. There should also be links internal textareas on the main page.
Winning bidder will be given a link to this script and source. But you need to work on this on your server please. Also I need to be able to adapt this banner easily, like if I want set a time delay for example. So please allow easy ways to change different variables. Please note this has to be done without the use of object tag.
Also note that I will handle most of the design work I already have graphics made.
