I am building my team to launch buiBase. Looking for the best designer to join our team. Designer would create the look and feel for buiBase as well as tweeking of opensource themes. You will help out anything design related.

Once selected you will be paid the bid amount then you are expected to

WORK FOR FREE

and get paid on the back-end with us owners. You will be given one State where you will receive 50% of income from advertisements. Potential is around $300K/year every year when the project is a success.
