Social Media Campaign

We have just started a Law Firm, and are looking for a company that can handle our Social Media campaign. This means that we can a company to establish an account for Instagram, Facebook (this has already been done), Twitter, and others. Once that has been done, then we need to do the following:
-Start befriending and following local residents of Los Angeles. We are aiming to have around 10,000-20,000 on each platform. We can help with his.
-Find local groups to become a part of, and start interacting with these groups to build exposure.
-Contact friends and others, leave comments, be active so as to build out the network.
-Build law related content, such as: Fun Facts, new laws and cases, advertising. Post these, and respond to comments. We want a lot of new content being generated so that the account has value is not stale. We need a team that can manage this new content with perfect grammar English.
This will be an ongoing project, so please price out each task individually or as a whole, on a monthly basis. We will establish metrics to measure if value is being added and results are being oriented. We can even structure payment to be heavily compensated by leads that are generated.
Prior experience is required, so please be prepared to show your prior or current work. We will not respond to generic messages. Thanks.
