Looking for a social media manager or team that can manage multiple social platforms. We currently have :

We do use hootsuite to manage some our posting.
We want to expand our social media profiles to include wordpress, tumblr, and others that you can recommend. I am looking at 4 hours a day 5 days a week. We will give some content , but most will have to be researched and added.
Will meet weekly to discuss goals and analytics.
In order to get this project I would like to know what is your plan of action to get sales, and increase membership in our organization.
MUST BE WELL VERSED + HIGHLY SKILLED in SOCIAL MEDIA
