upload new products to shopify website via excel sheet

We are a phone cases wholesaler. we just received an order of phone cases from our chinese supplier (around 50 different products) and we would like to enter the recieved products into our shopify website.
* add products to our shopify website from the attached excel sheet
* add corresponding image to each product.
* use shopify excel product import or upload products one at a time
* each product should appear in it is pre-existing category and subcategory for example an iphone 7 case in the attached in the newly arrived order
* every item should have info such as [url removed, login to view] category and subcategory.
*the product should appear on the website under the right category.
we need the job done in 24-48 hours as it is not alot of work.
