We need software that supplants coupons. Each customer with their purchase generates a certain amount of coupons, and these are dumped (from a text or excel file, one time only) to the software.

Said software raffles by "Branches" and must have N prizes (to be defined by the user).

When making the draw, it is required to generate a video with the winners.

Project should be developed for Windows 10

Very simple interface:

1 - select: draw date, branch and number of prizes

2 - upload file

3 - make the draw

4 - see the winners
