Google Forms - View Summary modification

I've created a survey in Google Forms, which ended successfully.
I need to make a presentation of the answers and the "View Summary" built in Google Forms is enough for me, except one thing.
I need to create a filter made out of one of the questions, which is about the name of the department You work at.
