My name is Cameron and I work for a lender based out of Baltimore, MD. We like to directly market to real estate developers in Washington, DC by sending them letters in the mail. In order to collect the addresses of these developers, you must use [login to view URL] to see what real estate has been renovated and is currently for sale between $750,000 and $2,000,000 in Washington DC, and then use the property address to look up the owner and the owner's address. We would want an Excel spreadsheet with the name of the company, the name of the owner/employee, and their mailing address.
