smart microphone preamp with auto gain design and LF and HF

Hi all ,

what is I require is pre-amp analog design for microphone, which is work with [url removed, login to view] , it should pick up the voice from max distance (5-10 m or more ) without rise noise level (air or wind etc) and it should have two stage of transistor amp and two stage real - to - real amplifier such as ad8542 , the freelancer should add low pass and high pass filters to design (should be analog ).. it should be very smart and pickup really very good pure voice , what will be require is one prototype board and the schematic design.

the test will be easy , connect the the design output to iPod or normal recorder and see the quality , no require for op-amp to switch on the headphone
