SMALL Attiny based buck/boost power supply

Need someone to design a prototype circuit for a SMALL buck/boost microprocessor power supply.

Preferred specifications:

Use PIC12F or Attiny uP

Input voltage of 2V to 7V

Ouput voltage of 3V to [url removed, login to view]

Current control through software from 35mA to 1A

At least 85% efficency

Try to make everything AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE

Written in C

I only require the source code and prototype board, BOM. All application control of the uP will be done on my end.
