Mailchimp - Gmass (or similar tool) user for email automation

I have to send mails to some lists of people (a few hundreds each)
These are the requirements:
- I have a fix template where I have to change in every mail one single Url (in every message I say something like "I like your website [WEBSITE])
- The message should look as a personal proposal: simple Html, no commercial disclaimer or newsletter unsubscribe option (it's a unique message, not a newsletter)
- the people who receive the mail are webmasters that leave an email address in their contact page in order to be contacted
This activity is used for a link building white-hat campaign, where I manually filtered long lists of website relevant for a certain topic, and I would like to propose to the webmaster to publish a link to my website
Good English or Italian knowledge required
